Job Summary
ADRA Malawi is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as a Field Facilitator based in Mzimba. The Field Facilitator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting community-based project activities, working closely with local leaders, committees, youth groups, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and sustainability of project outcomes.

Responsible For
  • Mobilize and engage community members in project activities
  • Facilitate training sessions, meetings, and awareness campaigns
  • Monitor and report on project progress at community level
  • Support the formation and strengthening of community structures
  • Prepare timely field reports and documentation of success stories
  • Work collaboratively with project Coordinator and other stakeholders

Educational Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Community Development or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in community-based projects.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and community mobilization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Must be available to start work immediately.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motorcycle riding skills and a valid license will be an added advantage
