To work with people that are disadvantaged by HIV and AIDS to help them enjoy a good quality of life through accessing various HIV/AIDS related services. Rights holders are empowered to raise their health and social status through income generating activities and social support.

The program seeks to increase skills in community based HIV and AIDS counseling and support, contributing to an improved quality of life and livelihoods for vulnerable groups like people living with HIV and AIDS, widows and orphans.It also seeks to empower these vulnerable groups economically through membership in income generating activity groups and socially through the preservation of rights and reduction in stigma. All this is done by community based volunteers with close collaboration with the Seventh-Day Adventist Church and other churches, Government Departments and other Community Based Organizations and NGOs.
