The project seeks to foster institutional learning within the KUs and other existing institutions to get recognition at local and district level, lobby for external resources and get linked for markets. Key sectors and areas of intervention include: civil society strengthening, institutional capacity building, food security, micro business enterprise, functional adult literacy, water and sanitation, climate change adaptation and HIV and AIDS prevention and mitigation.
